"Bad first impression with a custom order"
I needed a barrier part made in a custom size and thought it would be straightforward, but the whole thing got off to a bad start. They did respond, to be fair, but the details kept going back and forth and I had to keep chasing just to get a clear price, which was frustrating.
The order did arrive in the end and it was basically okay, but it took longer than I expected and one of my notes was missed. It wasn’t a total disaster, but the process felt messy and didn’t leave the best first impression for a custom order

"Had a rough time with the trade..."
Had a rough time with the trade support. Slow replies. Like, really slow. I kept having to chase just to get basic info. Not ideal when you’re trying to sort things for a job. Didn’t feel very helpful at all. Disappointing as a trade customer.

"Refund took way too long"
I’m still waiting on my refund, and the whole process has been frustrating. I’ve dealt with returns and refunds from other companies before, and they were usually much smoother than this. This one just felt unnecessarily annoying.

"I ordered for pickup because I figured..."
I ordered for pickup because I figured it would be quicker and save me some time, but it ended up being a bit more of a hassle than I expected. I had to wait around for a while, and it was not really clear where I was supposed to go or who I should speak to.
The staff were fine and no one was rude, but the pickup process just felt like it could be organized better. If I need to order from safetyxpress.com.au again, I might just choose delivery next time.

Not gonna lie, I was happy with how my order showed up. Everything was packed well, nothing was damaged or loose, and even though the box had a small dent, everything inside was totally fine. Overall, no complaints.

"Install support was decent"
I ordered from SafetyXpress and needed a bit of help getting everything installed. To be fair, support did get back to me and helped me sort it out in the end. I’m probably a little impatient with this kind of stuff because I like things fixed straight away, but it did take longer than I would’ve liked. Overall, not a bad experience, just think the replies could be quicker and a bit clearer.

"Delivery was slower than I expected"
I ordered a few safety items thinking they’d show up quickly, especially since the website was straightforward and gave me the impression everything would be simple. That part was fine, so I was feeling good about it at first.
Then the delivery just dragged on, and I didn’t really get much in the way of updates. I kept having to check myself, which got frustrating because I needed the stuff for work and wasn’t sure if it was actually on the way or just stuck somewhere.
When the items finally arrived, they were fine, so it’s not like the order itself was bad. It’s just the waiting and lack of clear communication that left me annoyed. I might order again, but only if I’m not in any kind of rush.

Ordering was simple overall, and the checkout page was laid out clearly enough. My payment went through without any trouble, and the confirmation email showed up quickly, which made me assume everything was handled properly right away. The only small thing was the delivery options — from the way it was presented, I kind of thought they’d be more obvious, but I had to go back and double-check them. Still, it was a good experience overall.

"Fair prices and an easy enough experience"
I had a look around at a few other sites first, and Safety Xpress seemed a bit cheaper for what I needed. From the way everything was laid out, I got the impression they were no-fuss and straightforward, which ended up being about right. Delivery took a little longer than I’d hoped, but nothing too bad. Checkout was simple, the prices were fair, and I’d probably order from them again if they keep the pricing like this

I had a warranty issue with something from Safety Xpress and, to be honest, I wasn’t expecting it to be handled that quickly. I sent through the details and they got back to me without much mucking around. It was straightforward, although I still think warranty stuff is always a bit of a hassle. Overall though, I’m really happy with the support and how quickly they sorted it.

"Freight cost felt excessive"
The products themselves were fine, no real complaints there. But the freight charge at checkout felt way too high for what I ordered. It had that annoying automated checkout vibe where the system just spits out a number and you’re stuck with it, with no real explanation or better option. Kind of put me off ordering again unless there’s a cheaper shipping choice next time.

"Good product, but support was kinda slow"
The order itself showed up fine and the product seems good, no real complaints there. But the after-sales support was not great tbh. I had a question about a missing part and it took forever to get a straight answer. Kinda felt like once I paid, they weren’t too bothered about helping anymore.

"Good bulk order, just took a little longer"
I put in a big order for site safety gear, I think sometime around the start of the month, maybe the week after, and overall it went fine. Most of the order was handled without any issues, and they gave me a call to double-check a couple of items, which I appreciated. Delivery was a bit slower than I was expecting, not by a huge amount, but enough that I noticed. Everything showed up in good shape though, and the counts were right. I’d use them again for bigger bulk orders.

The bollards were as described and seem decent so far. Delivery took a little longer than I expected, though I’m not sure if that was on the seller or the courier. Still, they arrived fine and did the job
